Overview:
Mexel 432 treats the whole water system and is an eco-friendly, biodegradable emulsion that acts on the surfaces of pipes and vessels. It only irritates the biomass, not killing it, so that it is detached from the surface and flushed through the water system without any toxic effect on the environment. In addition it provides a molecular film which acts as a barrier to corrosion.
MEXEL 432 will be introduced into water cooling circuits offering a “green” alternative to traditional methods. Mexel 432 is technically superior and financially more cost effective compared to the usual techniques of using oxidants, ferrous sulphates or anti-scaling and anti corrosion agents.
MEXEL 432 treats at surface level, and does not sterilize the whole mass of water. MEXEL 432 is a "Green" process which offers an alternative to usual techniques using oxidants (Cl2 or Br) + ferrous sulfate + anti-scaling agents

The formation of biological fouling is (bio-fouling) is an inevitable phenomenon in water treatment circuits, as is illustrated below.
